STED, TIRF, Multiphoton, Confocal, and Spinning diskTo achieve this mission, IDMxS’ overarching approach is to go beyond the neat simplicity of intermolecular interactions in dilute media and embrace the inherent complexity of biological interactions and dense heterogeneity of their environments. This requires measurements of modular and networked intermolecular interactions in crowded and dynamic environments where many non-specific and promiscuous interactions complicate specific associations.
To do so, we combine the most recent advances across the disparate fields of molecular biology, materials engineering, surface chemistry, supramolecular science, machine learning, and data science.
