Instrument Overview: Widefield fluorescence, DIC and phase contrast imaging can be done on this microscope system using the detector, a Photometrics CoolSnap HQ2 camera. Sample holders for 35 mm diameter dishes, chambered coverslips (LabTek II and ibidi) and multi-well plates are available.
