The Titan 80-300 S/TEM is a transmission electron microscope equipped with a monochromator. Currently the microscope can be operated at acceleration voltages of 60 KV, 80 KV, 200 KV or 300 KV, which is suited for most material analysis in both TEM and scanning TEM (STEM) modes. Additionally, it has a range of advanced analysis techniques, such as three-dimensional electron tomography, electron holography, cathodoluminescence (CL) spectroscopy, Lorentz imaging and high-resolution electron energy loss spectroscopy (EELS).
