Organized by the SIngapore Microscopy and Bioimage Analysis (SIMBA), this breakfast journal and method club is dedicated to the biophotonic field, focusing on cutting edge methods and new techniques in the field of microscopy, image analysis, correlative microscopy with Electron Microscopy, and imaging technique (in a broad sense, for example, spatial transcriptomics), with a little touch of biology.
These monthly breakfast sessions aim to provide a platform for the sharing and initiation of new microscopy technology. Through lively presentations by our knowledgeable speakers on core topics from various microscopy domains (such as: Superresolution technique using QD-PAINT, AI: Deep learning in microscopy and Image analysis: 2D projection and morphometrics of large 3D microscopy images, to name a few).

Currently a by-invite only* event on Zoom, we look forward to in-person sessions soon, that will include not just scintillating discussions on the latest microscopy know-how, but also coffee and croissants as takeaways!
*open to several labs within NUS and SingaScope partner communities. Email us at contact@singascope.sg to find out more.
