About the Conference:

This inaugural event will highlight iSEA’s regional vision in advancing the future of bioimaging through unified training programs, shared infrastructure access, data management solutions, a collaborative roadmap, and sustainable approaches to imaging facilities, infrastructures, and networks. It aims to foster collaboration and innovation while addressing common challenges, ultimately strengthening the regional imaging landscape.

Registration:

  • Fee – Free of charge, registration is required (up to 250 pax)

  • Travel and accommodation arrangements are to be made individually, unless otherwise supported by the organiser.

Event format:

  • Hybrid (in person & virtual via zoom). 

  • The organiser will share the Zoom link with all registered participants who have opted for virtual attendance.

Venue (for in person attendance):

  • Auditorium 1, Monash University Malaysia

  • The Rimba, Monash University Malaysia (breakout room sessions)

Poster presentation:

  • Open to all. Free participation.

  • All poster presenters will receive a certificate of participation. Selected posters will be considered for the Best Poster Award, which includes a certificate and prize. 

Food:

  • Tea break and lunch will be provided only for registered participants.

  • The speaker and committee dinner on 12 Nov will be at an additional cost for participants. Please contact the organiser if you would like to join.
