Based on popular demand, NTU Optical Bio-Imaging Centre (NOBIC) will be conducting an introductory course on image processing and analysis in Image J/FIJI.

Open to all NOBIC Facility users, the course is meant for microscopy users who are new to FIJI and to image processing in general, as well as for those who have already done their first steps in FIJI and want to gain a better orientation in the environment. Starting from the very basics, the course will be tailored so you don’t need to be afraid if even you’ve never used FIJI before! By the time the course is completed, you will, for example, be able to write simple macros to automate tedious image processing tasks.

Course Structure:
The course will be split into a few sessions of 1.5 hours commencing on Monday 30th August at 3.30PM, and continued on Monday 6th September at 3.30PM. *Updated* Two more additional sessions will be held on the upcoming Mondays, 20th and 27th September at 3.30 PM.
