Instrument Overview: LSM900 with airyscan offers different imaging modes, i.e. normal confocal, high speed confocal (Co-2Y), high speed airy scan super resolution (SR multiplex-2Y and 4Y) and airy scan super resolution (Airyscan SR), to fit imaging speeds and resolution to imaging experimental needs. Acquisition speed is 8 fps in confocal mode, 4 fps at Airyscan SR mode, 8.4 fps at Multiplex SR-2Y and 18.9 pfs at Multiplex SR-4Y mode (all at 512×512 imaging format). The resolution at Multiplex SR-4Y mode is 140nm.
