In collaboration with the Monash Optical Imaging Platform, SingaScope expert John Lim recently led a course on ImageJ/FIJI Image Processing and Analysis for a group of PhD students. This collaboration represents an important milestone in advancing bioimage analysis in Malaysia, where awareness of the field is still growing.
While challenges remain, we view this as a powerful starting point for building an active and engaged bioimaging community in the iSEA region. By providing these learning opportunities, we aim to make bioimaging expertise more accessible, empowering researchers and users throughout the region.
